Unlike most nighttime drinks, Moondust is 100% melatonin-free—so you can relax and sleep naturally without waking up groggy. Instead, we use magnesium glycinate, sourced from a premium manufacturer known for its superior absorption and smooth taste.

Not all magnesium is created equal. Many drinks use other forms of magnesium such as magnesium citrate, malate, or threonate, which can be harsh on digestion, less bioavailable, or have a strong metallic/bitter taste.
